Our culture is in desperate need of seeing real faith connected to real truth. The days of American culture looking to the church for answers are over. The church of today must go to the culture and authentically represent Jesus and His mission. The greatest impact on culture will come from those who are real. authentic. genuine. biblical. and deeply committed to Jesus above all else. Our prayer is that our church and our ministry to college students and twenty somethings would be defined and marked by authenticity and humility. The power of God's Spirit is channeled through people like that. Will you join us in allowing the scriptures to inform and shape our understanding of what it means to be a Christian? Will you join us in being a part of a church body that is real about its faith? authentic? broken? humble? dependent? active? May God do all these things and more this fall and beyond at Shiloh.
